A Pig And A Rat

This pair of butterflies studs are actually from Pig's buddy Henmond! He gave this to Rat as a birthday gift! Thnaks! So this is just a camouflage for Pig to bluff Rat. Rat packed her Macbook air nicely back into its original state before they head out for lunch and other stuff. LOl!

Pig's friend invited him to his office Black Box Warming Party happening on 9 March 2012 at 8 Lorong Bakar Batu #05-01 Singapore 348743. The whole building is like a factory but you will be surprised when you stepped into Silicon+ office! Lovely, isn't it? Felt really cozy except for the no privacy thing. Check out the grass flooring in the showcase room! How many of you out there will actually think of using it?! Their business cards are also thick in depth... this is something unique and make people think twice before throwing away. Smart move!

When the clock strike 12AM, Pig presented this black box which he claimed he bought from Henmond's shop and this is the only gift from him to Rat. Okay, Rat was utterly disappointed when she saw its butterflies earring studs. It's not because of the cost but because she was anticipating fishes/dolphin designs because Pig should know that Rat loves them! There's no reason on why he won't choose fish/dolphin designs. Rat never care about the cost, she only care about sincerity. So Rat ended up so upset and kept grumbling...

After half an hour or so, Pig asked Rat to cover her eyes and not to peek! Rat was expecting CS5 and indeed Pig presented a CS5 to her! She was so overjoyed! She needed it badly! Then she was asked to close her eyes again! What is it? Pig presented her another gift - its a box with Apple label! OMG!

Rat is very happy with the message! Very touching and Rat almost cried. Pig knows her best... It's Macbook Air... This is the most expensive gift that Pig ever gave to Rat in their coming-to-9-years courtship. The other priceless treasure is his unconditional love and care. ^^

Rat is so heartache that Pig spent her money (his money = her money) but thanks dearest Pig! Despite the tough time now, you still gave Rat these surprises although part of the reason, which Pig confessed, is so that Pig can work smoothly and faster for their project! haha~

Pig and Rat had a good catch up on their sleep today. haha~ 

Here's the McDonald's Wasabi Filet-O-Fish that they tried out. Erm... not nice and the burger is super small! It's not even enough to fill Rat's stomach, not to mention Pig's stomach. So damn hungry after working. Not recommended for any adults. =X

Went nearby to hunt for supper but none are attractive enough so they called it a day with their stomach calling out for food. haha~

Earlier this week, they scheduled a lunch meeting at Clementi Mall with someone at Long John Silvers... and as Rat was rushing on some stuff earlier, they pushed back the meeting to 2:30PM. The meeting ended in less than an hour. Hmm...

Went around Clementi to look for screw drivers, etc as Pig wanted to build a toolbox for Wave Wave. Here's Pig and his manly tools(self-proclaimed) after hunting!

Went to attend the first service at a church to pay respect to his Ah Ma. As they were early, Pig studied while Rat continued her work with his laptop in the chapel. Don't be mistaken! Pig and Rat ARE NOT CHRISTIANS. They just went for this service to show respects to his Ah Ma. Anyway, they won't attend the subsequent ones...you know the reason why. =X

Oh yea,  Pig's family is really united. They suggested to use Ah Ma's leftover money to organize future family gatherings so that this tradition will not die off after the passing of Ah Ma. The elders decided to put Pig and the eldest cousin in charge of organizing and taking care of the money. So nice. Pig felt very heartwarming... he loves this family!

After the service, there's some finger food for the attendees. After visiting his Ah Ma with the rest of the family members, they went to a nearby Alishan Teochew Porridge to have dinner together! It's so hard to find carpark here. Pig drove to the public carpark beside Kovan Melody but there's also a long queue but its better than the nearest carpark of this eatery. Got a slot after waiting for 15 minutes! Yahoo!

Pig's eldest cousin treated all Selegie bean curd. After sending some of his relatives home, they went to Sengkang to KW (Pig's cousin) house as some of them are hanging out there. First time there and its nice. They were looking at condos and had a great chatting session. Gained alot from here. Confidential. haha~
